Join Susie (our charity founder), Sarah and Sam as they facilitate a lovely evening of relaxation.
There will be a raffle on the night and there will be an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets when you arrive.
Bring a comfy yoga mat or something similar to lie on plus a pillow and blanket to get cosy as we will lie down.
Susie will do a short meditation to help us start off the relaxation.
Then Sarah and Sam will play gentle sounds from instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls and percussion instruments to help us drift off into a place of peace, calm and relaxation.
This can be beneficial to calm the body and mind.
Afterwards, we will have some free tea and cake and the chance to chat, plus we will draw the raffle.
We look forward to welcoming you on the night.
